Terms and Conditions
1. Service Availability and Booking
- Service Areas: Our home salon services are available in Sharjah, Ajman & Dubai Only.
- Booking: All services must be booked in advance through our website, WhatsApp, Instagram or by phone. Same-day appointments may be available based on availability.
- Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed once you receive a SMS confirmation message from us.
2. Service Pricing and Payment
- Prices: The price for each service will be provided at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for extra services, upgrades, or if the duration of service exceeds the estimated time.
- Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, cash, online payment (Ziina).
- Late Payment: If payment is not received at the time of service, a late fee may apply. Failure to pay within 7 days will result in cancellation of future services.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours or 1 day before your scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is 50% of the service cost.
- Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule appointments up to 2 hours in advance without penalty. Any rescheduling after this will be treated as a cancellation and may incur a fee.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Space Preparation: Clients must provide a clean and accessible space for the stylist/technician to perform services. If the space is not ready, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment with a cancellation fee.
- Punctuality: Please ensure that you are ready at the scheduled time. If the client is more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to shorten the service or reschedule.
- Pets and Children: Please ensure pets are safely secured, and children are supervised during the service. We are not responsible for any incidents caused by unsupervised children or pets.
5. Service Limitations
- Health Conditions: Clients must inform the technician of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities that may affect the service.
- Technical Issues: We are not responsible for any technical failures or damages to client property, such as electrical outlets, plumbing, or furniture.
6. Liability and Insurance
- Liability Waiver: By booking our services, you acknowledge that you assume full responsibility for any accidents or injuries that may occur during the service.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
- Personal Data: We will use your personal information solely for the purpose of providing our services and will never share your information with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
- Photography: We may take before-and-after photos of your service for marketing purposes. You will be asked for consent prior to any such photography.
8. Reviews and Feedback
- Feedback: We welcome feedback from clients. By booking a service with us, you consent to receiving follow-up communications asking for your feedback on the service provided.
- Reviews: Clients may leave reviews, but any offensive or defamatory content will not be tolerated and may result in the client being banned from future bookings.
9. Termination of Services
- Violation of Terms: If a client violates any of these terms, we reserve the right to terminate services at any time.
- Unprofessional Behavior: Any abusive or inappropriate behavior towards our staff will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of the service and if needed local authorities could be involved.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
- We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. All changes will be communicated to clients, and the latest version will always be available on our website.
11. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates.
